I am a very easy going person. Simple in heart and by nature. I love a good joke and I love the outdoors. The simplest things in life makes me happy. By nature I am a very happy and optimistic person. I believe in being healthy both spiritually and mentally. Do I like unnecessary drama? No I do not. I am a firm believer in what the good book says to make faithful friends thy companion. I believe that having morally sound friends who will treat others as they would themselves can make so much difference in a person's life.

I do not necessarily have a bucket list of things to do however there are a few experiences I am hoping to endeavour on. I love to travel whenever I am able to do so. I love nature. I love the outdoors. A friend of mine once invited me to go kayaking to which I politely declined as I am not that adventurous. Can I climb a mountain....definitely. Can I ride a bike? I did.....almost killed myself riding along the trails so instead of riding the trails I now walk the trails taking in the beautiful sights as riding seems to post certain threats to my life. Can I swim....of course not however I am still happy to go to the beaches and stand where the water reaches my waist as I do my best to lay afloat. I maybe challenged in some areas of enjoying nature fully but that does not prevent me from making the most of my adventures. Someday I hope to go to a basketball game in America, someday I hope to climb the great walls of China, someday I hope to visit the greatest city in the world (New York City) and go to the ballet or take in a Broadway play or musicals. I love the theatre. My all time favourite musical is Les Miserables.

I am old-fashioned.My take on romance or romantic gestures is easy and as cool as a summers breeze. I enjoy Watching old black and whites movies. I once had a collection of movies of many of the various actors and actresses back in the time of good old hollywood. I love the Indiana Jones movies as well.

I enjoy experiencing other cultures. I enjoy trying new foods. The first time I ate a dragon fruit was wonderful as I wanted to try it for a while. I have tasted a variation of cultural dishes but I have to say I enjoy a great burger with fries.

Am I hoping to become friends with someone on this site? I am hoping to make good friends with as many persons who will allow me to do so. I am a very serious minded individual and having said this I am one who believes there is a time and place for everything, when its time to laugh I laugh and when its time to be serious I am there with you. I smile easily and truthfully. There is no pretence in who I am striving to become. I take and live the Gospel of Jesus Christ very, very seriously as it is what has saved my life these many years. I think it would be wonderful to meet someone who not just say that he knows the Gospel is true but lives it also, to understand his divine role in the eternal plan. I think if he knows who he is and what he stands for then his life, his choices and all he hopes to accomplish should not be too difficult for him to overcome with the right attitude in the gospel. To be blessed with a man who will think of me and treat me the way he would himself would be a great blessing to me and needless to say he will be honoured and respected by me. To me life is not complicated and should not be complicated, indeed challenges will come, disappointments will arise but for me at the end of the day overcoming much of life ups and downs will greatly depend on the support you will have and need from one another.

Can I dance? In my own way but I still give it a whirl. I love to dance even though once in awhile my friends will look at me and shake their heads but I still do my thing. I love music.... Jazz, Soul Music, (some) Country, Classical, Calypso, Reggae, (some) pop, (some) Rap.

If you look at the picture with me jumping in the air for joy it was because I went bowling and yes I finally got a strike and I allowed the entire bowling venue to know it. I hope again to go camping when opportunity presents itself.

I am not a needy person. Jealousy is not my thing and again unnecessary DRAMA is not a part of my life because(again) being healthy mentally and spiritually blesses me to have and to keep peace in my life and to live better and serve those around me in truth and meaning. I have never in my life been a helicopter girlfriend as my thing is the guy has to be able to trust himself and to make sound and wise decisions on his own for his growth, progress and well-being. Happiness has many faces in relationships but ultimately only you can bring about your own joy and happiness......no one can give it to you.

Fun comes naturally for me in the easiest and simplest of things. I do a lot of community service work. I enjoy trying different foods from various countries ( Canada is great for that). I love travelling to various places and seeing new sights even within the Country. Nature is a great love of mine. I enjoy reading, going to the movies, collecting old movies. I enjoy bowling.
