I am sweet, thoughtful, kind, intelligent, and have a great sense of humor. I am very easy going and laid back. I am often told that I am very easy to talk with. I am not an angry person, and I am not interested in someone that is. Having past events shape your life is one thing, carrying the past as a burden that sits heavily upon your shoulders is not the way i view life. I am happy with myself, and my life, and I like to think it shows. I would do the best with someone that isn't extremely uptight, unless of course you are willing to learn to let things go! i am a simple, loving, caring, understanding, easy going, and humble man. Who believes not in the sense of being a perfectionist but a man with a heart filled with understanding. I am just me for myself and to others. I live my life based on the philosophical doctrine of being moral guided by the Socratic philosophy of humanism. "I do unto others what i want others to do to me " this is my rule and motto in life. I am open for all discussion, i believe in dialectical means as a mode of living. Cogito ergo sum - I think, there for i am" - i live my life by my word and stand by them till infinity; this makes me the kind of man i am.!

I am very good at conversation. I am fascinated by people's lives, their stories, and the things that motivate them to wake up in the morning. People tell me I'm a great ear! Oh, and I can give a killer impromptu speech for any occasion! Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food Music--old school alternative, goth, shoegaze, 80s new wave, indie, electronic, ethereal, atmospheric. Avid concert goer. Recent concerts over the last couple of years include Slowdive, Chelsea Wolfe, VNV Nation, Sigur Ros, Steven Wilson, Book of Love, Gary Numan, IAMX, NIN, Erasure, Peter Murphy, Depeche Mode, Bat for Lashes, Midge Ure, Simple Minds, M83. And the list goes on. Hoping to get to see Clan of Xymox and Lycia one day! Books--aside from boring educational journals and blogs, I really enjoyed The Condition by Jennifer Haigh and the Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz (who I actually knew in college!) TV--Netflix binger (it is an addiction, right?). I love Orange is the New Black, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Jessica Jones, Daredevil, Grace and Frankie, 13 Reasons Why, Dear White People, the Crown. On network TV, I'm crazy for The Walking Dead, This Is Us, Shark Tank and Madam Secretary. Film--too much to list. I love beautiful film making in any genre. If the film is well done, I'll watch anything. Horror. Drama. Comedy. Documentaries. Foreign Language films. You name it!
