I take responsibility for how I live my life, I no
longer walk through life hiding behind masks for
self protection. I no longer live life based on
fear or shame. I reject messages of shame, whether
they come from others or through my own critical
self-talk. I create affirming messages of love and
empowerment. I am willing to ask for help. I am
willing and able to include others in my process.
I no longer accept a life of loneliness. Now I
feel secure when I am alone, and comfort when I am
with others.
I am of value, and this remains true no matter
what mistakes I make. I trust in myself, and I
trust in others. I no longer live in fear of being
abandoned. I trust in my own value even when I
feel the most vulnerable. I identify and establish
healthy boundaries so I will not be violated,
emotionally or physically. I am learning the
skills I need to set the limits and maintain those
boundaries. I identify and seek recovery from my
compulsions, addictions, and self-defeating
behaviors. I recognize I have choices and am
willing to act on those choices. At the same time,
I also recognize where my power lies. I take pride
in my heritage. I acknowledge and embrace the
healthy aspects of my culture. I no longer deny
and reject parts of my physical being. I accept my
body and find the strengths in my disabilities. I
deserve to live a life unencumbered by sexual
stigmas. I recognize and honor what is unique
about me and my personal history. I affirm the
positives in my differences.
I speak my truth. I recognize and celebrate my
strengths. I believe in my right to happiness,
dignity, and respect. I love and accept myself.
I walk with Jesus Christ and live through my
Holy Ghost's direction. I love life and all it has
to offer, everyday is precious and not to be
squandered with worry, remorse, guilt, shame,
bitterness and all those negative emotions that
detract from the Spirit. I can find the positive
in all things. To be grateful is to be Happy, If
you have not been told today, "I Love
You"
I am Playful, I Love to have fun, long rides on
my bicycle across the lakefront, nature walks,
watching a movie and cuddling; I love all animals.
I Love to Pamper that special someone, I am very
committed to good relationships and to be of
service to others when I am able. I can express
my feelings good and bad without fear. I do not
like controversy and anything that will detract
from the Spirit. I try to better myself
continually and try my best to see the good in
everyone and everything. I look forward to
everyday as a new adventure and look forward to
what Heavenly Father has in store for me. I am
forever grateful for the gift of the Holy Ghost
and the priesthood and Relief society. Life is a
precious gift and I do not want to squander it. I
sustain the Prophet Thomas S. Monson and the First
Presidency, I know this is the True Church on the
earth today and have a testimony of the Restored
Gospel that Joseph Smith translated for us
