I am a smart, educated and self actualized adult. I have gone through many ups and downs and I've had to change over time- time and again. I'll continue to adapt and evolve. Life has forced me to become more expansive. I have become even more open, forgiving, compassionate, and empathetic over time. I believe that these capacities are essential for staying young at heart and they are what makes me capable of giving and receiving love.
