Hiya! Let me explain: Debbi-Doo is my family
nickname. Apparently, while growing up, I would
run around the house doing the
"Yabba-Dabba-Doooooo" Fred Flinstone
thing, and was thus dubbed "Debbi-Doo".
I think it's a rather quaint on-line name, altho
only my uncle John-John and my Grandma Wilson are
allowed to call me **that** name in real life.

My interests: Lots and lots of them!
Animals: am a proud feline parent of four
babycats. I love animals, always have. I grew up
with practically every domestic animal one could
have while living in the outskirts of the city,
and I truly cannot imagine life without them.
Craftsy: I am one of those people who do not like
to sit idle. I'm always working on, or messing
with, something. Right now, my endeavor is to
crochete as many scarves as I can this summer, as
my ward's Relief Society has pledged **500**
scarves to the Humanitarian Aid program! I was so
happy to hear that--I promptly had an excuse to go
out and buy more yarn! <grin>
I love reading--scriptures, study aides, library
books, the works. I grew up in a household of
readers, so it's no surprise that a reader I
am.
Since my conversion, my life has really toned down
and has become more balanced than it ever has
been. Due to this, I enjoy meeting new people,
having a different family each month from my ward
over to dinner, being active in my church, helping
missionaries as I can, magnifying my callings, and
just really enjoying life within the gospel. I'm
thankful everyday for those who opened this path
up for me!
Let's see: I'm really close to my immediate
family--Mom, Dad, and my younger sis Shari. I'm
close to them, but still a tad independent.
If I haven't been descriptive enough, just let me
know. Feel free to ask away if you have any
questions...it's all good!
