I have been told I have a dry sense of humor. I enjoy finding things to do in which I can make improvements on. For example, cleaning, potting flowers and herbs, serving people, and books such as Change Anything and Willpower Instinct.

My time is mostly filled with work, exercise, and figuring out what to eat. I have to go off gluten, dairy, and sugar for health reasons. So switching my lifestyle around takes planning. The food often tastes better than processed foods, but it takes a lot more preparation. And I miss a lot of my old meals. Saying all that makes me want to go eat Macaroni and Cheese now! :(
