My motto has been be the change you want to see in the world. After serving a mission in Colorado, I completed my biochemistry degree at BYU-Provo. I worked several years in public health looking at ways to improve the health of women and children. I than decided it was time for a change and I am currently working on my dream. The church has always been important to me, and I wouldn't be the same without it. I have always learned from my callings and from the people that I encounter on how to be a better person. I am just looking for a nice person to start of chatting with.

I like just about anything that get me out of the house. This includes walking, hiking in local parks, visiting museums, strolling through art galleries, volunteering, etc. Some of my most rewarding experiences have come from teaching CPR. I also like music and just chatting with another person.
