man cannot live by bread alone

i love tramping, camping, seakayaking etc... nature rules... unless it is the nature of the natural man aye...? though even he has a place under the right roof aye.

the thing i love to do the most is self-discovery. i think inner knowledge is of utmost value, second only to a spiritual path which is encapsulated by the former anyway. i think this self-knowledge extends beyond the self as it expands the self, if it is true and good.
