Due to some of the messages that I have received,
I feel the need to clarify something...... I am
searching for someone: 1)
who is LDS.
2) who loves
the temple
3) who is SERIOUS about keeping every commandment
and
covenant made in the temple.
4) who continually strives to be perfected in
Christ.
if you do not understand what all of this entails,
then please click to the next profile. Thank
you!
Hello! I am a person who loves to laugh and
nothing makes me happier than to make someone
smile. I love to joke and tease, but would never,
ever dream of doing it to hurt someone.
I love music, particularly sacred music, which I
listen to on a daily basis. I play the piano and
compose. I love to sing and enjoy the ward choir.
I play the organ twice a week at the temple. I
love doing genealogy and attend the temple weekly.
I am in search for someone who is serious about
the Gospel...someone who is humble enough to
recognize the continual need to climb upward. I am
living more for the next life and not just for
this one.
I am patient, kind, love to serve others, and
slow to anger. I am willing to sacrifice to make
others happy....however, I am not willing to be
someone's doormat. I walked away from a 36 year
marriage in which I gave my all to make work. He
was emotionally and verbally abusive and
continually unfaithful and dishonest. I take my
covenants seriously. I stayed until my 5 children
were grown and gone....they are my reason for
being and we are very close
.
I need someone who will be patient with my
difficulty in expressing opinions and inner
feelings....I have not been allowed to express
them for most of my life without abusive
results.
I am not one who likes to whine or complain and
I find it distasteful in others. I am a hard
worker and like to finish what I begin. I would
love to have someone who is willing to work
together with me.
I have a difficult time sitting for hours watching
TV. There are so many more important things to
do, but after a full day, I do enjoy unwinding
with a movie.
. I have fibromyalgia which is under control
with medication, but if I physically overdo, I pay
for it with a lot of pain. But, I have come to
realize that this pain will always be a part of my
life and if you hear me complain, it means that I
am in A LOT of pain. Mostly, I try to ignore it
and do not talk about it.
I love to walk every day with my little dog,
Clementine. She is a gentle, loving little white
dog, and she doesn't shed. She is a Coton de
Tulear.....the official royal dog of Madagascar,
bred to sit on the laps of Kings and Queens! She
usually thinks she's the Queen...... OK!
I love old movies, chick flicks, and some
adventure. I do NOT like a lot of bloody violence,
foul language, prolonged sex scenes, and crude
humor. I watch very little TV, but I do enjoy
Castle, Monk, NCIS

I love to cook! When I lived in California, I had
a cake decorating business. Here in Rexburg, I was
making baked goods for the Deseret Bookstore in
town, but a few weeks ago, after realizing that it
was more work for not much money, I stopped
baking. Instead, I took on a few more piano
students, so now I can do more genealogy and other
things during the day.
I like to do gardening, although I have to
admit, I like planning and planting more than
weeding and watering! LOL
I like to sew and I like to do crafts. I enjoy
making gifts and things for the home. I love to
decorate and I'm always a little sad when a room
is "done".
I like to shop, but I am painfully aware that I
really do not "need" anything. I am also
budget minded and hate to pay full price for
anything. I have been known to "make
it", instead of buy it if it can be done. I
am not afraid to try. I know how to use a table
saw, a router, and a drill press and I have them
all...
I compose sacred music and I love to sing and do
so in our ward from time to time. I have a half
done CD. I began recording several years
ago....got the piano and vocals down and ran out
of money. When I finally saved to go back and
finish with the strings, the recording studio went
out of business. Oh, well....I guess it wasn't
meant to be. I used to play and sing in a band and
I loved it. After three kids I had to quit.
:-(
OK, I know I've been lengthy! Just don't want to
waste anyone's time! I'm done!
