I am here to see what this is about. I heard about this from another forum I look in on regularly, and thought I would see what kind of people are here. I am really looking for interesting people to talk to and wanted to see if there are any here. I consider myself a geek. For true geeks this is considered a high honor and a compliment. Ok, so maybe that doesn't sound all that interesting... Just here to check out the site.

My hobbies and interests are computers, software, hardware, Linux, oh, and did I mention computers? I like the usual stuff: walks, taking my kids to the park, bicycle rides. My Op Sys of choice is currently Fedora. I stay away from Windoze as much as I can, although it has it's uses, but one can only use it to play games just so many times then I have to do real work and prefer to use a *real* operating system to do that. ;-)
