I think outside the box, am committed to the
gospel, and am driven by my dreams. I love to
laugh and hope my spouse to be the same. I'm
creative-- I'm always wondering about the world
and thinking up new ideas.
I am very committed to fulfilling church
assignments as well as living the gospel. I hope
to marry someone who will share my view that the
gospel and family have to come first.
Career: I just graduated from BYU and will be
hitting graduate school in New Orleans this year.
After that I have been accepted to another
graduate program in Ohio. I hope to use my
creativity to make some big discoveries and hope
to work for the National Institutes of Health,
ultimately. If you're into these sorts of topics,
ask me and I could fill you in about what I hope
to do... many people outside of my field find what
I'm trying to do to be pretty interesting and
unique. I hope to make a measurable impact and
effect positive social change in all that I do in
my career. I like the ability to think of creative
solutions to make these things happen.
I love movies, hiking, board games, golf, soccer,
and many other activities. I run almost every day
and love mountain biking. I particularly enjoy
especially Canadian and British comedy. I am also
Canadian as well... so perhaps that plays a role
in why I like it. I have a lot of interests-- you
could probably talk to me about anything (science,
art, church, school, literature). I have a talent
for languages as well (French 4 yrs, Spanish 2
yrs), and look forward to serving another mission
as a senior with my spouse to learn yet another
language.
Probably the main reason I'm not involved with
anyone yet is because I've been so busy these last
few years with coursework. I expect that will
change once I settle into a steady career.
