I like to think of myself as an optimistic, open-minded, down-to-earth person who appreciates the simple pleasures of life: good food, good friends, good wine, quiet times, loud music, night skies, bright sunshine, road trips, hiking in the woods, paddling on streams, riding my bicycle, watching sports, reading, learning, and always paying attention to my surroundings. I don't like being disconnected from the outdoors. I love the smell of tangerine peel. I could watch a fire or moving water almost endlessly. I prefer the roads less traveled.
