I am a down to earth, "one of the guys" kind of girl. I am strong willed and independent but not close minded or uncompromising. I am feminine but not girly. I can cook and sew, but can also do basic mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, and general household maintenance. I can do many things for myself, but I do not believe chivalry is dead, and appreciate helpful and sweet gestures. I am proud to have served in the Marine Corps, and sometimes still find the disorganization of civilian life to be challenging. My family is the most important in my life. I have never been married and have not had children. I want a relationship that has the potential to become serious and lead to temple marriage. I need a man who is intelligent enough to hold a conversation but not be condescending. Must have a good work ethic, loyalty, and a great sense of humor. Physically I like a rugged man who cleans up nice. In order to work long term my father and dog must like you.

I enjoy being outdoors, my favorite places to vacation are camping in the woods or by a lake. I am a bit of a geek and love playing board and card games. My favorite things to watch are football and action movies. I love to read and learn to do new things.
