I am an active person and keep moving most of the time. I like to settle in to enjoy a good book or movie. I don't watch much television, but do have a couple of "guilty pleasure" shows that I like to watch. :-) I work out on a fairly regular basis and am trying to be more consistent - jogging, walking, bike riding, weights, yoga. I do the occasional 5K, but have no desire to run a marathon except maybe a run/walk just to say I did it! I have a positive attitude, am confident, independent, reliable, trustworthy - pretty much a "rock" type of person with compassion and warmth. I have a terrific job that I enjoy. I am comfortable in any business or social setting or situation. I like to be around people. My friends laugh when I describe myself as being quiet at first, but their laughter will tell you that I warm up quickly. I like the finer things and appreciate the little things in life. I love to laugh, have fun and enjoy life.
