I am 5'-11" and 160 pounds. I grew up in the mid-West (Kansas and Nebraska) and served a mission in Portland Oregon. I work full-time for the University of Utah's Health Sciences Department at the Provo Dialysis Center as a Dialysis Technician.

I teach Gracie Jiu-jitsu to children ages 4-12 at the Throwdown Elite Training Center in Orem. I enjoy get-togethers with friends, walks in the canyon, P.F. Changs, Carrabas, IHOP, etc. Although movies aren't good for getting to know eachother, I enjoy a good movie. I would like to have more than one child. Exercise and nutrition are important to me.
