Hello everyone, I am knew to the lds community as I am now attending church with my roommate who is a devout Mormon. I have started working toward becoming a member of the church and am here as the quality of the people I am meeting and the dedication to their beliefs is such that I see this as a way to meet quality people of similar beliefs. my jobs require a lot of time so when I have free time I want to spend it with quality. I am not sure how much time I can free up initially from work so I try to be upfront on that as I don't want to waste your time either. I also work night shift hours so that makes finding mutual free time a little more difficult for people with a conventional schedule.
I am a big guy working on getting smaller. I have lost 55lbs with plenty more to go but the treadmill and I seem to be getting along better as I go.
after moving in with my present roommate and getting some closure to a 25 yr relationship that had died on the vine, I am now smiling from the inside out and don't have a bad day. I am enjoying life again and looking to expand my friend list

I am a big braves fan and love most sports but am no longer addicted to watching every game on tv due to my work schedule at night means I miss most of them. I am a partial season ticket holder for the braves and always looking for a second person to join me. I enjoy most any kind of play, show or concert.
