I am down to earth and quite open with what I
think and feel and like to talk about just
anything. Actually I am more comfortable with the
”uncomfortable” topics than with ordinary chit
chat. I know I know, I am a bit different there
but that´s how it is. Despite this I can still be
shy which my friends might not agree about, but
everything doesn´t always show on the surface
right :)? This means I really like to be with
people who dare to be personal and express what
goes on inside of them. People who are comfortable
with showing their real selves, so there is a
chance to connect. This is one of the main things
that motivates me to share. And then again - in
all this sincerity, deep talking, being personal,
feelings here and there and up and down, I often
jump to being playful – which confuses some ...
but not me ... fortunately.
I love music and to dance when the music talks to
me. If it doesn´t then I prefer to just sit around
and watch what others come up with on the dance
floor. I like music that is intense, rhythmic and
passionate, like tango, fado, soul and such. I am
not much into main stream country, rap, hip-hop or
hard rock, even if there are some exceptions. I
tend to get a bit bored when the music beat is too
predictable, like too much ”humpa stumpa”. (Not
sure if that is a known expression outside of
Sweden:)
I see life as a never ending opportunity to
observe, learn and change. To dare to see where I
need to improve instead of denying and living in
an illusion. It´s one thing to approve of
principles and it´s a different thing to patiently
work on ourselves daily to become better. The
later takes endurance and kindness towards
ourselves and is what gives us joy in the long
run. I try to be like that and really enjoy being
with people who try the same. Hmmm - I sometimes
tend to demand a bit too much and too fast of
myself, but I try to learn not to.
Like most people I have had my share of trials in
life, which have helped me to move in a direction
I like. I have and are still learning a lot from
these experiences and would never have wanted to
be without them. It´s a life process so the
learning is endless, right!? It was hard but
necessary in order for me to start making the
changes I needed and wanted.
I believe that staying busy busy or shopping
shopping, easily distracts a person from his
feelings and spirituality. Instead I prefer a
serene life, which to me means a truly active life
where I am more perceptive to what happens around
and inside of me. To stay in contact with what I
want and feel is a shortcut to make life more
meaningful. As I see it the worlds increasing
turmoil is much a result of empty and worried
people on the run from their bodily feelings.
Others than the above...
- I am very much a philosopher who enjoys
observing whatever is around me and to write about
it, with a wish to one day share with others
through a book or a web site.
- I easily get emotionally touched, especially
when I see people doing good for others, standing
up for just causes or succeeding in what they
do.
- It makes me happy to make a difference and see
joy in peoples eyes.
- I believe in ”less is more” and try to keep my
home clean from clutter. I like the feeling of
freedom when I throw or give away things I don´t
need. Noooot a collector in other words.
- I am organized but can´t say I am my vacuum
cleaner or irons best friend. I twist my arm
though and try to maintain the friendship.
- I am quite silly at times and see no
contradiction between being silly and sincere, as
I have noticed some judge mental people do.
- I am “low maintenance”, quite economical and
don´t see shopping as an interest. I don´t mind
buying nice things when I need it but I want my
identity to be built upon lasting matters. I like
many others have a lot to learn in this area.
- I keep confidences.
- I try to heat healthy, avoid fast food and it
avoids me.
- I am mostly attracted to open minded, spiritual,
intellectual and feminine women who stay slender
and physically fit.
- I stay physically fit.

- Being with friends, talking about life,
relationships, the world...
- Hanging out, long walks, hiking/backpacking and
enjoying whatever is out there.
- Write about what I observe and learn ...
- Music and music again...
