Crisp * Clean * Refreshing.
While juggling the raising of 3 beautiful teenage
daughters and going to BSU School of Nursing, I
remain a strong, smart, talented, creative,
resourceful, loving and loyal woman. I am a
vivacious, outgoing, fun loving, gospel-centered
and (at times) too inquisitive for my health. I
live a balanced life, am positive and upbeat
despite my trials and challenges. During my day,
I busily herd cats and juggle swords but revere
the passing moments, cherishing little pleasures
that the Lord blesses me with to carry me beyond
my obstacles. I try to make lemonade, lemon bars
or lemon meringue pie out of life’s sour lemons.
...But, if that doesn’t work, I put them in the
blender and hit the puree button!
Originally from Seattle, Washington, I have
enjoyed all that the Boise area has to offer. I
love my culturally diverse roots where balanced
and healthy living is important to me. Sometimes,
a big slice of chocolate cake is what my soul
needs. However, I can equally indulge in fresh
grown heirloom tomatoes or my own free-range eggs.
I exercise regularly as I feel it grounds me in a
way that is only 2nd to meditation/prayer. I have
my own little “jardin potager” which I highly
value and hold dear. In what little spare time my
current aspirations afford (as a FT nursing
student at BSU), I love to be outside. Whether to
go for a walk, run, camping, sightseeing,
gardening. I’ve had star sleepovers with my
daughters or gone fishing with my extended family.
Music fills my home, my spirit and my time (as I
teach). I do not have ‘Glee’ aspirations or
spout musical lyrics to daily rhythmic activities,
but do truly enjoy all genre of music, in all
it’s variety.
Relationships are important to me and enjoy
spending treasured time with my friends and
family. My life is filled with supportive family
and friends whom I cherish dearly and am so
blessed with. Spending time with them maintains
the grounding I need to juggle the onslaught of
challenges life delivers to all of us nonstop.
In turn, I love being able to support them, help
them achieve their goals and give the love that is
in my heart.
The gospel is a core center to my heart. Finding
someone who can appreciate my values, testimony
and goals is of utmost importance. In my
daughter’s eyes, I strive to remain an example
of Christ-like love, humility and strength. I
love the temple and all the blessings that it
holds. I am understanding of differences and that
we are all on a path of learning and growth.
You’ll find that I am a warmhearted Taurus, Year
of the Dog, ENTP, equally divided Red-Blue
(that’s not politics, …. but could be) woman
who’s looking for her ‘Split apart’.
I’m looking for a man who honors his priesthood
and willing to share with others the blessings
that it holds. One who willing gives of his time
and energy to help and serve those around him. I
am looking for someone whom I can entrust my
generosity of heart, loyalty, and love. A man who
is cultured enough to eat sushi with chopsticks
and yet just as capable of leading a camping
stampede to a remote location. A man who is
comfortable in his own skin, profession (whatever
it may be) and yearns daily to learn something
new. A man who willingly embraces the challenge a
home improvement tool and who is looking to find
their match in kind, match in desire to reach
beyond and continually learn, match in a hard-work
ethic, their match in attaining to live a
Christ-like filled life.
You might find that this ordinary dirt-encrusted
rock really hides the glimmer of a priceless
diamond.
