II’m new to this so I’ll just tell you some
things about myself:
I’m looking for friendship and maybe more. Would
prefer someone within 500 miles of Boise Idaho,
but could be flexible on that depending upon other
criteria.
I am young at heart: Age is a state of mind, and
my mind hasn't caught up with my chronological age
yet and it probably never will.
Although Country music is my favorite, I also like
popular, classics, rock and roll, and of course I
enjoy religious music too. I don’t play a
musical instrument but I love listening,
especially when my grandchildren play.
I moved to Idaho in 1970 and love it here. I moved
away for about 11 years to the mid-west, but I’m
glad to be back. I enjoy all the seasons here. I
was born and raised in Southern California, but
please don’t hold that against me.
I love cats and some dogs (as long as they
aren’t too ‘yappy’). I love road trips and
would really like to travel to more places in the
United States. My dream vacation would probably be
the Northwest Passage cruise to Alaska and then
take the train back through Canada going through
Banff and Lake Louise. I love to look at different
locations and see all of the beautiful things
Heavenly Father has given us.
I enjoy reading, especially Christian authors. I
read the complete Work and the Glory books in less
than 2 weeks. I just couldn’t put them down. I
found that I learned a lot about early Church
history through that series. I like movies that
make me laugh, and I also like some action and
drama, too. I loved the movie ‘Blindside’.
The last couple of years has been a transition
time for me and has strengthened me spiritually. I
thank Heavenly Father for guiding me back to this
area and for all of the blessings in my life.
I have family in Oregon, Washington and Arizona,
so I like to go visit with them. I have been to
Orlando, San Antonio, Mount Rushmore, Vancouver
(Canada), and a lot of places in between.
I'm good at home projects and putting things
together. I even have my own tools (and know how
to use them). I like the outdoors athough I
haven't gotten to spend much time doing outdoors
things lately.
It would be great to find someone that shares some
of my same interests and is looking to share some
of their interests with me.
I believe that any long term relationship has to
start with genuine friendship first.
