Greetings from our nation's capital! I'm a somewhat shy and tender-hearted LDS man seeking, preferably, a similar LDS woman, who's also in the same situation as myself (having-never-been married, with no children), for friendship, love, romance, temple marriage, and an eternal family (somewhat in that order). I feel very strongly that friendship needs to be at the foundation of any long-lasting relationship! I'm extremely creative and have a definite sense of humor (as I hope that you'll be able to glean from this profile), and value the same traits in others. Also, I'm a complete and total romantic at heart!!! I'd consider another returned-missionary to be a definite plus, but this isn't necessarily a deal-breaker, if she isn't.

In particular, without going into too much detail at present, I'd be most interested in communicating with any single, LDS woman, whose patriarchal blessing reveals something interesting or unique regarding her future companion, or her relationship with him (as mine does with my future companion). If you think that this could apply to you, or perhaps to a single, LDS girlfriend, I'd be most interested in hearing from either of you!!! Although a lot of my spare time is taken up in attending our Single-Adult activities, including the dances (see below), I do have a wide range of other interests, among which, include the following: reading and studying history, hiking area battlefields and other points of interest, photography, family history, classic cars, classic movies, and classic R&R music. I'm also sort of an aspiring magician. (I recently played a packed roomful of other LDS singles. Let me tell you... They sure were a tough crowd!) Increasingly, over the last several years, I've become more interested in politics, and have especially been influenced by the writings of President Ezra Taft Benson in this regard. (I feel very strongly that the future of this country is at stake, and I'd like to take a more active role, somewhere down the road in this respect, especially in light of Joseph Smith's well-documented prophecy regarding 'the U.S. Constitution hanging by a thread', and that if it were to be saved, it would be by the Elders of the Church.) I'm also interested in current events and latter-day prophecy, and have been researching, for several years now, an idea for a book that would annalyze latter-day events in light of current ones, while at the same time comparing them to similar events in the Book of Mormon.
