I'm not the typical person that you would normally find on this site. I don't go to church, and I don't agree 100% with the church's teachings. What am I doing here then? Well, I was raised in the church, I think the lds church is a great social organization and a great support system, I think that members of the church are better, more honest people as a rule. While I don't completely agree with all of the teachings, I do believe that active Mormons are good people. For the past six years I have lived my life outside the church with relative happiness except for one thing. Decent men are pretty hard to come by in the non-mormon world. In my experience, lds guys are good, moral and honest people, and that's exactly the kind of guy I'm looking for. I loved the experiences I had in the church growing up, and even though I don't feel the need to attend church, I want my children to have those same experiences I had as a kid. I know that I probably wont get much interest from this site, as most lds singles want to marry a temple-worthy mate, but I figure it's worth a shot. If you keep an open mind then so will I.

I'm all about my family and work right now. I have a very large family and I try to spend as much time with them as possible, because I dont get the chance very often. When my family isn't around I like to read, learn, paint, shop, and I'm a sucker for reality tv. I like to do pretty much anything that's fun. I like to be surrounded by positive people that are always looking to improve themselves.
