I am looking to make a connection with someone, to become friends first and then maybe more. I love exploring the world around me and learning about new things and getting to know new people because that adds spice to my life. I love the church and enjoy being with others who believe as I do because it helps to make getting through each day a little easier. I believe in education both of the world here and of the things I need to know to be with my Heavenly Father again. I see far too many who don't even try to educate themselves. I love being able to do temple work and go at least twice a month to take in the spirit there and it has been my lifeline through years of trials and my special place to celebrate the good things in my life. I love my children and grandchildren and spending time with them because it is so much fun to see them grow and become individuals in their own right. I hope I can expand my world to include a special someone and maybe you are him.

I enjoy most types of music (hip hop, not!), the theater(like musicals, comedies, and drama but not too much for opera), singing in the choir(our ward has a pretty good one), reading(like a good mystery, historical or bio type book), walks to enjoy nature and being with someone(nothing can top a sunrise or sunset for beauty), old movies(find they are made better than most these days), travel (like to explore new places), all types of food, watching football, basketball and baseball games(I tend to cheer for the underdog as well as the team I like, strange I know but that's me) and dancing(nothing can top a nice slow dance with someone who is special to you).
