Hi, I'm kinda the girl next door type - athletic (softball, golf, tennis are my favorites, but do well at most), fun - great sense of humor, great smile - my smile or my eyes are the first things noticed, comfortable in jeans, yet enjoy dressing up and going out. I don't look my age, act my age (I can as necessary), feel my age, but love the benefit of my age - I'm into coupons and my age is like having a coupon that never expires it only gets better with age! At 50 one gets certain discounts (Freshman Sr.), at 55 one gets more discounts (Sophomore Sr.), at 62 one gets even more discounts (Jr. Sr.), and at 65 I will become a Senior Sr. with all rights and privileges of a SENIOR. Yes!!!!! I enjoy life, want to serve a mission as a couple if I find an eternal mate or as a single later. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because my immediate family gets together. We are spread out and don't see each other except for Thanksgiving or rare occasions during the year. I am the second child and the second girl of 5 siblings. I know how to share and care. I enjoy the full moon because of all the faces that I can see. I can pick out about 6 or 7. The biggest full moon I can ever remember seeing was in March of 2000. It was HUGE! I enjoy my own company as well as the company of others. I don't have to be around people, but I enjoy it when I am. I love animals, especailly dogs. River Mule is a very good nickname for me - River because at times I take the path of least resistence; Mule because other times if I believe - I won't budge. I can be swayed with facts and logic, but not just the old line - "because I said it, said so", or such. Photos in album are dated: one - I haven't changed much; two - I still have and wear the Snow White dress; still have and wear the Christmas Tree dress; have a collection (small) of bears (none in the picture are mine); still love climbing trees. Don't have any current pictures. Will get some - maybe from my upcoming trip to China. Can't scan myself, but will find someone to help me.

I like most everything - It would be easier to describe what I don't like - don't really care for jazz; don't like watching golf on tv; don't like green peas or black olives or black licorice - other than that I like most everything. Walking, reading (I have a rather extensive library), sports, listening, learning, amusement parks and the rides - roller coasters are great fun, riding bikes, camping, singing, making up songs and rhymes (I change my answering machine regularly and have great messages back from people who even dial the wrong number), love the water, love to travel and have traveled to lots of places, love trying new things - won't do everything, but willing to try most things. I like movies -"It's a Wonderful Life", "Heaven Can Wait", 1947 - "Miracle on 34th St", 1938 - "Chirstmas Carol"; "Sound of Music", "Defending Your Life" are my favorites. I like music - easy listening / elevator / background music and Christmas carols are my favorites. I love dancing - especially the "swing". Took ballroom dancing way back when and need some refresher courses. Enjoy horseback riding - always wanted a horse, but never had one.
