I am a mom (of three teenage boys),
a teacher, (5th grade elementary & EM
seminary)
and a friend.
I love the gospel and all the blessings it brings
to my life. I have a strong testimony and I love
to serve.
I love to have fun and laugh.
I am a very positive person.
I am looking for a friend who may later become
more.
I would not describe myself as argumentative, but
I do enjoy a good debate. I am very adept at
making logical arguments but I can also agree to
disagree. I don't take it personally when someone
does not agree with my view of the world.
I like organization, but I am also able to be
flexible or spontaneous.
Being a mom is the best thing I have ever done.
My oldest son goes to BYU-I. The middle boy is a
Senior in HS this year. The youngest is 13.
I love kids. Somehow they can tell. I always
have kids come and talk to me at parks or stores.
I love it. My house is usually full of lots of
kids...mostly teenagers and young adults these
days. It will be very quiet around here when
they all go back to school.
I have a very full life and I enjoy it. I stay
busy with family, work, and church, and I am
grateful for those opportunities.

I love to read well written books. I love the
classics and I love reading about gospel topics.
Most of my reading time these days is related to
the Old Testament in preparation for teaching it
in seminary this year.
I enjoy watching football & basketball.
{Dallas Cowboys & Badgers or Gators} (I love
March Madness)
I only run if someone armed is chasing me.
I make scrapbooks and do other crafts, usually as
gifts for my friends and others.
I love old B&W movies. If you look, sound or
act like Cary Grant you are surely the guy for me!
:-)
My kids have always been the center of my life,
but as they are getting older I am enjoying some
time for myself.
I enjoy the outdoors, especially the beach. I
grew up in FL and it will always be
"home" to me. (even though I haven't
lived there for the last 15 years.) I have done
lots of camping in many states.
I love going to the temple, but the nearest one is
three hours away. My ideal home would be in
walking distance of a temple, driving distance to
a beach, and close to a major airport.
I love to travel. I went to Paris in '04 and
LOVED it. I also love Disney World. :-) My list
of "places I'd like to visit" is
extensive.
I love learning. I am always looking for
opportunities to enrich myself through cultural
events and classes related to my career.
I love to listen to live music, almost any kind.
(Rap is not music...)
I am not very good at Guitar Hero.. :-) (all of my
children are.)
