In the time I've been here, I've spent a nice few years in corporate America. I marched in anti-war rallies. I ran a marathon. I changed careers.

I feel like I'm from all over the world, I'm quiet around people I don't know, but lively around my friends, I like books and films and people-watching. I'll travel for good food, even though I'm vegetarian. :)

Like indie flix or African, Latin, other world music concerts or interesting museum exhibitions.

This summer it'll have been 10 years since I first visited Paris. I'd keep going back if I could, but then there's the Azores to Zimbabwe still to explore.

I'm reading The Shame of the Nation. Adore Ha Jin to David Sedaris to Lauren Weisberger (cotton candy-like books are yum, too), Granta, travel books to soy milk cartons.
