I am a private person and an international traveler who is an EHarmony reject. I figure they just had a hard time programing in a bungee jumping, skydiving grandmother who is religious and has family values.

I want someone to share life with; who doesn't mind cookie crumbs in bed and who will eat the lids of my Oreos. I am not into photos of Harleys or pickups, but am impressed by the inner man who loves children and nature because then I know he loves God and maybe able to tolerate me.

I like money as a "buy" product. It seems that responsible people our age should have accumulated "something" in the material wealth line so that we can go on missions and visit families and enjoy these last chapters of our lives.

My number one career was being a mother. But those darn kids had the gall to grow up and leave home. My profession is teaching and I have taught for 25 years; my specialty area is teaching at-students; have even taught in a juvenile prison. Yes, I am an enabler.

After I retire, I am planning on serving teaching missions for CES with a focus on Nepal and Mongolia.

For fun I am the Cookie Queen; just ask my children, grandchildren, and students. I like to cook, privately play piano, ride bikes on Sanibel Island trails, travel (Galapagos in summer of 2009), like chick flicks, hate war movies and horror, like to eat in, candles, researching on the internet, have seen the Wonders of the World, ..... am a tried and true validator and survivor of "opposition in all things."
