I am a friendly, happy, affectionate lady.........I lost my husband 3 years ago, and am not desperate, but don't really like being alone, either. I enjoy my family, and am thankful to have several of them in the area. I enjoy being outside, (walking, gardening, etc.....) not much of a fisherman, or hunter. I love anything to do with the arts, (music (listening and making it) I sing in the ward choir, and was just released as Relief Society chorister....now I am the secretary....., love plays and concerts. I live in a small town, and enjoy that very much, but do like to get out ot town on occasion. I try to keep myself healthy, with my eating and daily exercise, and taking a few supplements. I attend the singles Institute classes here, and some of the activities. It feels rather strange being in the "singles" situation again. I like to think I have a good sense of humor, (mostly making fun of myself)and think I am pretty easy to get along with.
People tell me I am nice, and very funny......I do like to laugh. It makes life so much more enjoyable! I think I have a pleasant face, and try to keep myself looking nice...I do my hair (and yes, I color it!, that is my profession) and makeup and dress every day, even if I'm sick...(My mother taught me to do that,) ..could stand to lose about 10-15 pounds......(working on that)

uh, oh, looks like I already did that above. Well, ok....I love gardening, altho it gets harder as I get older, playing and listening to good music, (I like classical, and even some opera, actually most kinds of music) and playing piano when I can, sing in the choir, plays and good movies, (not too many of those any more) going for walks, (everyday but Sunday usually) looking at, smelling, and listening to the ocean, (pretty strange for a landlubber like me.) love looking at beautiful artwork of most any kind. love to be outside. I live in a beautiful part of world, so I am very blessed. Some reading, mostly "how to do it" books, and spiritual books, and the scriptures. I attend the Temple as often as I can. (It is a ways.) Road trips.....visiting with family and loved ones. I do some genealogy, and like to write in my journal.......need to do more of both of those.
