Hello, Gentlemen! I guess I'll just dive in. Here
we go. I am a single mother of one (and a half;
I'm expecting my second child this summer. The dad
is not in the picture, though; he chose a drug
lifestyle over a Godly lifestyle, and that's not
how I want to raise my children).
I was found by missionaries about 3 years ago here
in the flatlands of Nebraska; and I was baptized
into the church. However, it's really only been
within the last few months that I have really
leaned into my faith.
I'm not going to lie; I've had a few problems in
my younger years. However, I have been working
extremely hard to get my life on track, and I
believe that God sent me these children because
they are important spirits. It feels good to be
able to say things like that without people
looking at you like you're loopy on cough syrup.
Anyway; my daughter AshLynn is 2 years old, and
the joy of everyone's life! I was attending
college; but have taken a leave due to the baby (I
since have discovered I HATED my major; so it's
back to the drawing board as for what I want to be
when I grow up). So for now, I design/deliver
floral bouquets locally. I'm currently living with
my mom and little brother, and my daughter
AshLynn, and 2 cats.
I'm seriously looking for a good LDS man (is there
any other type? LOL) to share my life with. I am
NOT interested in being hit on by perverts who
just want to talk about things which are not very
Godly. Seriously, guys...I want someone who is
TRYING to live their life in the best possible
way. You don't have to be perfect - who is?- but I
would really appreciate a little respect.
I live in a rural area, which is really beautiful,
however...our branch is so small that we
laughingly call it a 'twig'. We could really use
another priesthood holder....however for the right
person I MIGHT be willing to relocate. I really
enjoy the smallness of our branch; especially on
Fast & Testimony Sunday; because we all have
the opportunity to speak if we wish to.
I am extremely close to my family (but not in a
psycho way); I would REALLY like to stay fairly
close to this area because my family is so
important (and fun). I also think the Lord wants
us to step up to the plate here in Nebraska, and
the fields are ripe and ready to reap. We need to
bring in more souls, here. This is a wonderful
area, with old-fashioned morals and practices.
Extremely low crime rates, etc.
Just think about it....we could frolic in a field
of daisies. Or goldenrod.
I am an artistic person; I love to work with just
about any medium, but watercolor is perhaps my
favorite. I also like to sing...and LOVE to
dance....HOPEFULLY there's some men out there who
aren't afraid to cut loose and dance without
reservations. My family pesters me to do my 'Happy
Dance' to Mamba #5; something I spontaneously came
up with back when that song was popular; and
something I'll probably never live down. I come
from a very musical family; at family reunions we
always do sing-a-longs; we even have our own
family songbook of our favorites. We also like to
invent goofy choreography to classics like
'Running Bear Loved Little White Dove'.
I love animals - especially dogs. All of God's
creatures have their place in my heart (even my
little cousin's ball python).
Anyway; if you're interested in getting a sweet
little family started FAST, well, then why not get
to know my daughter and I?
