Single White Male! I am the youngest of 4. I work at XO communications and part time school for the 10 year plan to get me edjumacated. I have started buying houses and renting them out. I do this slowly. Like a house every 2 years or so. I love to talk and email and think that looks and personality and spirituality should be a mix of 30, 30, 40. 30 percent looks, 30% personality, 40% personality. This means that no girl that is drop dead can win my heart unless she has other characteristics in the spirituality and personality side.

Sports and Girls. I love to play baseball, hockey, football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and any other sport. I collect baseball cards still and anything else of value. I love real estate and budgeting money. I like to help others get out of debt.
