I'm really glad to have found this site because there are few members in my area, so it's really hard to meet people. I'm a shy, bookish sort of person, but once you get to know me I'm a total goofball. I like animals, puns and colorful socks. I hate needles and spiders. I want to be a writer, first of all because if I don't write I shrivel up and die, and second because it's something I can do and still stay at home with my kids, when I have them.

I'm interested in a guy who is strong in the Gospel, honest and compassionate, and ideally not too fanatical about sports (are there any guys like that??). He'd probably need to share my goofy sense of humor. I'm flexible on cosmetic concerns like looks, occupation, etc., I'm just looking for a decent person that I click with!

I love reading, I love writing even more, and I'm always listening to music. I like cop shows, Tolkien, and science fiction movies, and I'm a complete bleeding heart for animals. I HATE sports and social situations where my brain freezes and I stand there going "Huhhh?" I also hate household chores, but they're a necessary evil. I like little kids (in small doses) and anything that sparkles, glows, or shimmers. I collect pennies in a pickle jar, record music off the radio, and sincerely like to hang out with my family.
