Okay, so I'm intelligent, capable, independent, passionate, and sometimes quirky individual (but who would say that they're stupid, needy, apathetic and dull so take it for what it's worth). There are many things that I enjoy, and I feel blessed to live in a time and place where I can live out my dreams. I'm very content with my life. I have two beautiful children that are gifted intellectually, musically, and athletically. I guess it's a little unfair that I've hit gold twice with them because they're great. I do live in a small town that makes getting to know people, especially like minded people, difficult. That coupled with having a very busy schedule. So I thought I'd give this a try. I am excited about meeting people and learning interesting tidbits about you and your area. -- Please no therapy sessions-- :)

I enjoy many varied hobbies and interests, and I'll try just about anything (as long as it doesn't conflict with core values). Life is about the journey just as much as it is about the end, right. My biggest joy is spending time with my family. We travel alot, and camp and hike regularly. Sometimes though I like to be on my own kyaking the salt marshes, and taking pictures of wildlife. I just took up photography so I'm definitely an amateur. I enjoy white water rafting, jet skiing, swimming, scuba diving (although I'm still just taking classes), reading, and traveling. I speak two languages fluently, Spanish and German, and would love to talk to a native speaker of those languages. I learned German growing up in Germany (army brat), and Spanish was my love in high school and college. My other passion is cooking (and of course eating). My specialties are Middle Eastern, German, and being a southern girl, good ol' southern delights. I could go on and on, but this is just a taste.
