Ciao! How are you doing out there in cyberspace? I am 30-year-old energetic girl. I am half Greek, so if you are wondering if the movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" is at all factual? Well it is. My family proves that daily. WE are CRAZY together.

I am just looking for people to know and correspond with who have similar values to myself. I live in an area that 'lacks' in the LDS singles area, but there are great members here.

I am living in the Northern California area, moved back home to be near my family... The place I vowed I would never come back to, so here I am. I lived away from here for about ten years. I have lived in Utah, Italy, Hawaii, Connecticut, Massachusetts, S. California to name a few. Life has been an adventure needless to say and I have been an explorer.

I work as a social worker in a psychiatric hospital with children and adolescents. I am in the process of studying for my licensing exam. I love working with families and children. It is a great and unique experience.

I also was raised in the restaurant business. The old cliche that all Greek families have a restaurant is true. So I also work at the restaurant to help out since my siblings have taken it over. That has been a fun experience.

I think I would just like to find fun people to correspond with and if you live in the area, perhaps to go mountain biking or something.

I think the thing I've learned the most this year is that the gospel is my foundation. I hope to continually explore and learn and surround myself with those who have similar values. It has been difficult at times, my family are not members and often lack understanding around my decisions. It is simple really, the gospel is true.

I enjoy many things. I am currently in the process of buying a home, a fixer upper needless to say. Ever seen the money pit? this house would qualify. I am learning about foundation, roofs, leaks, pipes, etc... I think I can do my own 'Home Improvement' show once it is done, in like 50 years.

I also recently brought home a miniature pincher named Cyrus. He is so fun. I enjoy animals. There is a slight possibility of me purchasing a horse as well in the next year.

Things I like to do? I love to travel. Planning a few trips to explore the USA and perhaps New Zealand and Australia this year.

I love to be outdoors and play. I like tennis, biking, walks, swimming, almost anything that isn't life threatening. I am also tempting to learn roller blading.. that is a joke. :)

There are so many things I want to learn as well. I would love to learn how to make pottery and I attempt at moments to make quilts.
