I am a very optimistic fun-loving person with loads of energy! An extrovert by nature, I believe in being the "doer" as opposed to the "spectator". Being a catalyst through forward motion affords me the joy of witnessing many of changes around me. I am passionate about learning new ways to improve my spiritual well-being, and health related areas intrigue me. Cooking or running a company - I am fulfilled by both.

My loves include horseback riding along the Blue Ridge Mountains, sitting by the waters edge (divine), dancing, being out in Nature, eating healthy, working out, hiking, listening to that "little voice", reading (generally have 5 books going at once), and learning anything new. The value of having time alone to recharge is essential, and provides great comfort. I am very analytical yet see the "big picture". Life consistently intrigues me - and know each of us has chosen to come here for a purpose. My work provides me with the opportunity to provide service to others, and when I am giving, I am most fulfilled.

I have traveled extensively and am always intrigued by other cultures. Some favorite spots include the Italian Alps, Brazil and Egypt. These places have left indelible marks on my soul and deepened my understanding of the world we live in. I believe in keeping myself healthy and fit on all realms: spiritual, emotional, physical.

Other things about me? I am a creative, out of the box thinker, the eternal optimist, and a lover of life. I am curious about all things - love to learn, think, question, ponder. Goals and a belief that we are able to manifest our greatest hearts desires are a must in my world. I do what I say I will do, am a compassionate, loyal friend, and a family first person. My spirituality is the foundation of who I am.

It is my belief that mates who have much in common are able to weather life's trials. just love driving out to my farm and being enveloped in nature - hiking or just sitting by the waters edge, taking in the fresh, peaceful air. Laughing with friends and socializing in invigorating - and I am absolutely an extrovert. Movies anyone? Love cards and playing group family games.
