I'm that girl who used the phrase "junk in the trunk" last sunday to describe the efficacy of the atonement. I write down all of my random dreams and generally think they mean something. I WILL write a song about you if you break my heart (hmmm...wait, if you think this is cool, I"m not really sure that's a good thing?????) I will think about you too many times during the day and have to stop myself from calling just to convince myself that I am normal. But then I'll call anyway. I am penultimately an optimist and I promise to take you along for the ride...I think the best conversations are full of banter, laughter, wit, new ideas and a sprinkling of the serious stuff. I like to think I'm a relatively balanced girl with a twist of wacky.

I love people, lightening, parties, music music music, cooking for friends, poetry, art, pink fingernail polish, babies, concert dancing, string quartets, telling stories, listening to stories, being in stories...I don't really care about things...but I love my guitar more than I probably should. I am crazy about ellipses and good grammar and laughing and thoughtfulness. I I want to live the life less ordinary while living an ordinary life. I love contradictions that somehow make sense. I think it's what the gospel and life are all about!!!!

I love my job, but can't shake the hope that someday I can retire to a full time position as a soccer mom complete with some sort of station wagon and tootsie pops stuck to the carpet. Either that or like, Queen of England...that seems kind of cool too.
