I was born & raised in Portland, OR. I was a Contracting Officer for the Federal Government before retiring. I have raised my children & do not wish to raise anymore. I'll get my kid fix from my grandkids. My kids live in Oregon, So California, & Utah so I travel to those areas as often as I can. I don't cook, camp, or do cold weather activities. I am a beach, warm weather kind of gal. I relocated to Idaho after my retirement mainly to get away from the gray skies of Portland. I do miss the beautiful green landscape of Portland & my 2 beautiful granddaughters that live there. The words "soul mate" make me cringe. I am not necessarily on the prowl for a husband. I enjoy meeting people from different places, especially areas I am planning on visiting. Proper use of English grammer & the ability to spell is desirable.
