Just the other day, I thought, "I wonder if there's a man out there who would understand why I hang out at the Hindu Temple on Sunday nights." It's more than the free Indian dinner and opportunity to socialize. How do you explain the fun involved in comparing the Bhagavad Gita and the Book of Mormon? It's intellectual stimulation as well as a chance to share my faith. I told a friend I'll continue going there until they throw me out. At the moment, I have three Hindu priests reading the Book of Mormon...and I'm eating the best Indian food in the city of Atlanta.

So I'm not looking for "any" man...He'd have to be exceptional. And live east of the Mississippi. Sounds simple, doesn't it? Nope. The way things stand here in Atlanta, you have to wait until somebody's wife dies. Or convert somebody... Or recruit from Utah.

Is there a 12-Step Program for "readaholics?" Just the other day, I realized I'm addicted to reading. Non-fiction. Currently, I'm reading a book on the history of world art. I've been fortunate to travel around the world and have seen many famous pieces of art in person. Now I'd like to know more about the artist and history of the painting or sculpture. My favorite museum? The Louvre in Paris.

Of course, I love to spend time with my daughters and grandchildren! They're all over the world! -- the U.S., Australia, Italy, and South Africa.

I also love to backpack in the mountains, sleep in a tent, and cook out over an open fire. When the gym opens, I'm there. Love to run, do aerobics and work out with weights.

I love music. I just can't carry a tune in a bucket. When they pass out talents on the other side, I'd like to be able to sing. I enjoy everything from classical to country and western. When I moved to the Midwest, I was homesick for Georgia, so I started listening to C&W to hear the Southern accents. Now, I'm hooked!
