If you look at Myers-Briggs personality tests, I
am an INTJ (so is Katie Couric). Men should be
temple worthy, preferably type A, energetic, life
long learners, and be able to openly communicate
their thoughts and needs. They should enjoy
touching and being touched, being spoiled, and
love a variety of food (watch out, or you WILL
gain weight -- I am an outstanding cook!)
LOCATION IS NOT A PROBLEM! I can work anywhere in
the US, and if things look promising, I have no
problem picking up and moving to where ever you
are. In fact, I just applied for a couple of jobs
with the Church in SLC (and I think I have a
pretty good chance of getting one of them) , so I
may be coming soon to a ward near you! :-)

Although I work outside the home as a consultant
in the IT field, I enjoy using my hands ... I do
DIY projects from carpentry to landscaping. I'd
rather deliver lambs in the freezing cold in
February, fight with the chickens over their eggs
or clean up after a litter of puppies instead of
put on an evening gown.
Anyone who wants me to quit work and stay home and
raise their kids gets 20 extra points! I'm quiet,
and would rather hang out with you than be with a
group. I find it the most relaxing to watch TV
with my beloved's head in my lap. Enjoy movies,
photography, reading, writing, investing, travel,
animals of all types. I'm a published author, and
a "skill collector" ... after being
forced into doing a bunch of legal work myself
over the past 5 years, I got pretty good at it; my
children harrassed me into going through with
this, so will be sitting for the Bar later on this
year ....JUST BECAUSE :-)
My kids are all grown now for the most part
(26,21,19) with only the baby at home (17), but we
are very close and in contact all the time.
Oh, one more thing ... Heavenly Father was almost
out of the ingredients for "tempers" the
day I was formed. I am one of those people who
almost never gets angry ... it has to be something
truly outrageous. So fellows, no 'drama' here, no
'shrew' behavior ... I am very upfront, calm and
rational. (Read that INTJ description online,
you'll get a good idea of what I'm like!)
