---I love to meet new friends, I am a people
person, outgoing but can be shy when I am in a new
group of people. What I would love to have are:
establish a good family, to be a good mom, a
career which will allow me to help people with my
expertise. I hope one day I will be able to give
to less-privileged children.
---For these above reasons, I work hard, and study
hard. I hope my future spouse will be supportive
in my worthy endeavors. My passion for science and
arts made me pursue degrees in Music Performance
and Chemistry. It is an odd combination, yet I
think
both fields need space and time of my own. They
both need
solitude.
I hope I can keep my talents alive, they are
designed and given as gifts from God!
--A little of my history, I was born and raised in
Taiwan, a little important island in the Pacific.
one hour from Hong Kong, two hours from Japan or
Korea, eight hours from Hawaii and eleven hours
from San Francisco. I came to U.S. as a foreign
student
majoring in piano performance at UT Austin (I
earned scholarship!) Later on, I got another
degree in Chemistry in
University of Utah.
During my days in SLC, I studied and my life
is only library and classes and institute. I found
treasure in institute library as I can read many
good Gospel-related books.
Those good books were even mentioned in Apostle's
talks.
There are a couple of worthy mormon guys show
their interests in me, however, back then I was
not open to God-sent options at all (meaning,
stupid me ruled out any blue-eye man or some
standards very silly!) That is also why I am still
single today. I let go lots of good chances! Then
I realized I am too proud and too
judgemental. I did not even develop friendship to
first understad people. Now I am totally
different, I asked myself to be the good girl
first not so demanding as I was younger.
I firmly believe if you truly want and believe,
God will send the right person to you. No Kidding!
I had many experiences of receiving inspirations.
We are singles still, because there are some
things we really need to improve and change to
meet that person.
---My motto is: Be the change you want to see in
the world.

---I used to be trained as a concert pianist and
won all the awards in Taiwan, including Yamaha and
Kawai scholarship and Department of Defense young
pianist awards and national competition.
So, of course I love classical music. My favorite
are: Bach, Cesar Franck, Maurice Ravel and
Beethoven.
---I love jazz, beautiful songs (yes, I love
Beattles, Beach Boys and Gregorian chant).
---I love Korean food and Thai food, despite that
I have Chinese
ancestry.
---I love outdoor sports, used to ski a lot in
Nevada-Sierra, both alpine and country skiing. My
kids would have to learn skiing (they would have
to serve a mission as well!). I love books,
cooking, botanical gardens and museum. I do
volunteer medical interpretting for hospital
whenever I am called.
---I would love to be a scripture scholar, I like
to read a lot of Gospel
doctrinal books whenever I have time.
---I adore kids and babies. Frequently I found
they loved to be around me as well. I taught my
nephew to speak when he was four-month old. He did
start to mimic my voice!
Too many interests and so little time to do them
all.
---I think life has different season, and it needs
to be properly planned, but I am open to God-sent
opportunities!
