I eat sensibly, (amount and quality) to preserve a decent looking body, but I never lack food , because I know how to enjoy food without being a gluton, practice Yoga exercises and walk everyday, and have a perfect health; dress simple but in good taste.
I love Classical music and any kind of beautiful music that is uplifting. Love to dance. I do go camping, hiking, and admiring and quietly listening to nature's language and absorbing it as well as sketchig it.

I very much enjoy cooking wholesome foods, baking, and reading anytime, especially on quiet, rainy evenings. Power walk at least a mile and run about 2 minutes just for fun I enjoy finding out the names of trees and plants. I love gardening (the easy way) so I plant geraniums, roses (the sturdy heirloom varieties because they don't need chemical pesticides), different types of lavender, and herbs for my cooking.
