Hi: I am a Girl Scout at heart and a child of God. I love nature and feel most grounded when I can be outside enjoying Gods creation. I feel it is a blessing everytime I see an animal in it's natural habitat, a tree blossoming in springtime or plants peeking up through the soil. Family is an important part of my life. I have two grown and independent children and 3 grandchildren. My brother Bill and his family are also very important to me and we have many things in common especially or love for the outdoors. I am a retired nurse and now volunteer my time with the Girl Scout resident camp near me.

I like gardening (my brother calls it non productive gardening he believes gardening is for food) mostly plants and flowers, I garden for the sense of nurturing and beauty. Reading is my past time and I like all types of books. I enjoy fishing and camping. I am a volunteer with the Girl Scout resident camp.
