Ready for friendship, and pursuit of eternal
companionship.
I love nature, animals, family (especially
grandchildren) and close friends. I enjoy serving
in my ward and participating in humanitarian
efforts. I'm a Life Skills Coach and Nationally
Certified Massage Therapist, and love working from
home, mostly tele-coaching around the world with
the coaching. I'm a natural problem-solver and
love learning and growing. The body, mind, spirit
are fascinating to me and I can't get enough
learning about our magnificence. I am grateful
that I chose to live by LDS standards so that I
continue to have a lot of "life" to live
and give.
I'm grateful to be a young 62 with the wisdom and
maturity to go with it!
Ward Callings: (1) I'm a "Dedicated Ward
Temple Patron" - attend the temple twice a
month between 10-2:00 representing my ward. (2)

I love digging in the "dirt" and
beautiful plants. In one of my lifetimes I was an
"earth mother", planting and growing and
preparing the daily necessities for my family,
including being an expert on raising chickens.
(A far cry from my 12 years with IBM in the
Washington, DC metro area!)
I enjoy my autonomy but am looking for good
friends that can lead me to that special guy that
I can spend eternity with.
The list is short for "him" - Loves God
(by putting that first - the other good things
will fall right into place) - "Applied"
Intelligence is a real turn-on for me. Someone
that has been smart enough to learn and apply the
reality lessons of life.
Everyone has "baggage", so a
"carryon" is preferred. Honorable and
well-respected by those that know him. Good heart!
Good Dad - kind to animals. Values-based life.
I believe in miracles - are you a miracle?

I love good music, good books, good friends, good
food, documentaries, star gazing on the grass in
the back yard, grandchildren and family fun,
nature walks, sunsets, puppies and kittens and
two-year olds because they're so literally
inquisitive!
I volunteer at the County Jail in a Re-Entry
Assistance Program teaching "clients"
EFT-Emotional Freedom Techniques (a process of
releasing stress in all its forms from the body
and mind) so they can have a better chance at
normalcy.
I'm also a volunteer on a Steering Committee for
Gang Prevention for a city in Utah County. My
passion is helping the families learn new tools
for self-sufficiency and gang prevention.
I have just completed a 4-month program
(volunteer) at a residential mother's in drug and
alcohol rehab facility to train the moms and their
resident children in holistic self-care
techniques.
My mission is to "help people to help
themselves to create more successful
lives."
I guess you would say, my interests and hobbies
are centered around "service".
I simply pursue my vision of excellence, in
whatever I do, leaving others to decide if I'm
working or playing, because I'm always doing both!
