Hi, for the last 4 years I have been the divorced father of two children. I have a daughter age 11, who is excited about preparing to join Young Womens, and a son age 8, who is enjoying his first year in Cub Scouts (a second place finish in his first Pinewood Derby is pretty cool stuff). Also as you can see, I am tall which has been a great blessing in my life. Fortunately I was blessed with a little athleticism to go with my height, and I was able to use sports to get an education and also as a career for 10 years. Basketball has also given me the chance to see the world as I have played for teams in both Italy and Japan. Hopefully I have been a good steward of the blessings I have been given as I have tried to use my experiences to influence the lives of young people. Yes I have spoken at my fair share of Firesides. I am active in the Gospel and it is a very big part of my life. I attend my meetings weekly and try to fulfill my callings faithfully. Hey, I am only human though and do have the days when I ask myself if it is all worth it. I do believe that it is.

One of my favorite pastimes is riding my motorcycle (not a Harley but one of my best friends owns the Suzuki Shop so I need to be loyal). An evening ride down a canyon road can be a great diversion from everyday pressures.
