It's Sunday night, and I'm with Hindu friends at their temple in Atlanta. Now, you're probably asking yourself, "Why would she do that?" It's simple. I read the Bhagavad Gita my daughter had sitting on her coffee table, had questions, and went to the temple to find answers. Plus they serve one of the best Indian dinners found on a Sunday night in the city. Now three Hindu priests are reading the Book of Mormon, and we're having the best discussions!!

A few years ago, I checked skydiving off my life-to-do list. Hiking the Applachian Trail, scuba-diving in the Carribbean, and exploring the pyramids, among other things, remain.

When the gym opens, I'm there. I love to work out with weights, do aerobics and run. Recently, I decided to start swimming laps.

Is there a 12-Step Program for avid readers? I love non-fiction and usually have three books going at once.

I guess you could summarize my interests by saying they're related to learning and improving myself. I love to learn.

Most of all, I love to meet new people. It's one of the spices of life.

Great joy comes from working with the dying as a hospice volunteer and also in varying capacities with disadvantaged youth.
