Quiet..shy and kept to myself. I am prone to random acts of comedy but more often then naught I keep to myself as i am not the center of attention but observing from the outside. Do not get me wrong though I am no social outcast..I just prefer to sit on the sidelines. I am a travelling chef currently working in Utah. i plan to retire this fall from travelling and hope I can find some friends and settle perhaps close to them. I have been told i am a darn good Baker and saucier by some of the markests best chefs and take that with pride and strive to create the best foods i can as i am a perfectionist. I ten to be a blan and white kind of person when it comes to judging life and anything else so I never really straddle the fence.

My hobbies include history and computers and music and stargazing and chivalry.

I love the late medievel era as well as the renaissance and plan one day to teach in these areas. I frequent renaissance festivals and reenactments of old battles in Europe and feudal Japan. I am an avid collector of sci fi memorabilia. I do not wear the rubber ears though!! I listen mistly to baroque and renaissance music. I also listen to movie soundtracks and 80's music along with gregorian monk chants....In my free time I play online video games and study history.

Kids, to me, are the ultimate goal and I would love to have a larger family..but i am not the one who is having them and stressing my body so I am always listening to what she would want.
